Here are some
photos from the Creative Meadows exhibition, which was at The Old
Ambulance Depot in Edinburgh on Friday night. It was a great night with
some lovely people and a few sales, which is always a bonus!
Tomorrow night will be the first event for a new initiative called Creative Meadows. They will be holding an exhibition at the Old Ambulance Depot in Edinburgh from 17:30-22:00. I will be exhibiting alongside various other artists and designers, including illustrators, textile designers and product designers. It should be a good night!

This Saturday I had a great day running the kids craft station at the beautiful Cambo Estate for the East Neuk Festival. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we managed to hold it outside, which made it even better!
All the crafts were bird themed and we made lots of things like paper plate nests, flappy birds and finger puppets. Kids are the best at making things. Here are a few pictures of the day!
I am very excited to be part of a great event run by the Sick Kids Friends Foundation this weekend. The annual Teddy Toddle and Summer Fair will take place at Meadowbank Stadium in Edinburgh on Saturday 15th June from 12 noon-4pm and I will be exhibiting my work at a stall there. Details here: http://www.edinburghsickkids.org/events/our-events.html "The
Teddy Toddle and Summer Fair is one of the Sick Kids longest running
events that has continued to grow each year and we are hoping that this
year will be even bigger and better! The Teddy Toddle is a sponsored
walk for the little ones and their favourite teddy but it is also a
fantastic day out for all the family with many activities, entertainment
and some of the children’s favourite celebrities for them to come and
meet! We hope that you can join us for the day and continue to help
make kids better."
This Saturday I'll have a stall at a new venue for me in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. I'll be selling prints, cards and little items such as keyrings and earrings, with some new designs!
These are some new characters I've been working on, called Jake and Buddy. This illustration also happens to fit in with this week's Illustration Friday word 'train' as Jake is trying to train his dog Buddy to sit!
I will have a stall at the first Arts Market of 2013 at the Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Edinburgh on Saturday 20th April. A list of other exhibitors can be found here: http://wordpress.outoftheblue.org.uk/arts-market/
